You, because you are proactive in new project situations, quickly understand connections and manage the fine line between driving change and not losing people along the way.
You are convinced that agile values such as iterative work, self-commitment, reflection, openness, learning culture, focus and courage determine the future of companies.
You have already gained experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. You are not afraid to switch between the two roles and look forward to rolling up your sleeves and getting started.

… to train new and existing agile teams on principles and best practices
… to support the formation of new agile teams through training, standard setting and coaching throughout the project.
... to develop new ways of implementing agile methods and you are an advocate of adoption efforts.
… implementing agile processes, principles and practices at all levels and departments in an organization.
... taking part in the development and updating the agile transformation strategy and the implementation of key performance indicators and OKRs.
… to work with management to identify and resolve organizational roadblocks impacting strategy execution.
We expect...
... several years of practical experience in coaching agile teams in a scaled environment.
… extensive knowledge of various agile frameworks.
... experience in organizational change management and communication.
... fluent written and spoken German and English skills
